Firearm Purchasing Policy

J and C Tactical Solutions LLC sells firearms, ammunition, and custom firearm products in strict accordance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws.

J and C Tactical Solutions LLC cannot accept any changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order has been placed or the firearm has been transferred.

• It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that any firearm, component, or accessory purchased from J and C Tactical Solutions LLC complies with all local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.
• You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase handguns.
• Please check your federal, state, and local regulations before placing any order.

By placing an order with J and C Tactical Solutions LLC, you certify that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess firearms in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited under federal law.

• FFL Requirement: Firearms can only be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to supply a valid FFL for the transfer.
• You must confirm with the receiving dealer that they are willing to accept the firearm before completing your order.
• The purchaser is responsible for any transfer fees or charges imposed by the receiving FFL dealer.
•  Inspect all firearms thoroughly at the time of transfer. 
  • If any issues are discovered before completing the transfer paperwork, contact J and C Tactical Solutions immediately and do not accept the firearm.
  • Once a firearm is transferred to the buyer and paperwork is completed, it is considered accepted as-is, and all service or warranty concerns must be directed to the manufacturer or to J and C Tactical Solutions for repair if applicable.
•  If the FFL dealer refuses the transfer for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and fees (including shipping insurance) and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Returned firearms must not be transferred to the customer before being returned to J and C Tactical Solutions LLC. 

J and C Tactical Solutions LLC proudly stands behind all workmanship and custom work performed in our shop. While we do not offer a warranty, if you experience any issues or concerns, please contact us directly for assistance with repairs or service.

All payments are subject to verification and approval. Orders flagged for potential fraud may be held, delayed, or canceled. Chargebacks on lawful firearm sales will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• No Refunds or Exchanges on firearms once the order is placed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the transfer FFL or by regulatory agencies.
• J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. Delays may occur during high-value periods or due to inclement weather.
