At J and C Tactical Solutions LLC, we ensure that all work is carried out with precision and the highest standards. Our team uses the most up-to-date techniques, guided by industry standards, while also taking into account manufacturer recommendations to guarantee top-tier service that meets all necessary specifications.

• Warranty claims for materials are handled directly by the manufacturer.
• Customers must submit warranty requests for their products. We may assist with the process, but this is at our discretion and could incur additional charges.
• Customers are solely responsible for selecting compatible equipment and for following our advice regarding product choices. J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not responsible for mistakes or issues caused by customer-selected products or services.

•  All materials/products are purchased by the customer. Customers may source materials privately, but transport will be their responsibility.
• Alternatively, we can procure materials through J and C Tactical Solutions LLC. Payment must be made upfront for materials procured through us.
• Prices for materials may include taxes and shipping costs.
• If the customer chooses to use privately sourced materials without prior approval, J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not liable for any delays caused by shipping issues, incompatibility, or backorders.

• At times, J and C Tactical Solutions LLC may engage specialists or subcontractors for certain services. All such agreements will be negotiated with customer approval.
• Contracts and payments for subcontracted work will be handled directly by the subcontractor, with oversight from J and C Tactical Solutions LLC to ensure quality workmanship.
• Subcontractors' work may require additional customer signatures. J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not liable for the quality of subcontracted work or warranties for labor or materials from subcontractors.

• A deposit is required at the time of drop-off. Upon completion of services, customers will receive a final invoice. 
• Full payment, less applicable discounts or promotions, must be made before the serviced firearm can be picked up.
• Firearms that are not picked up or arranged for transport within 60 days of completion may be subject to forfeiture. If no agreement is made, J and C Tactical Solutions LLC may take ownership of the firearm, which could include selling, destroying, or donating the firearm in accordance with ATF rules.

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of J and C Tactical Solutions LLC.
• Customers must pay the full balance of the quoted price within 60 days of the quote being issued. Payments made (either partial or full) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• J and C Tactical Solutions LLC strives to provide accurate quotes, but unforeseen issues may arise during the course of service.
• If an incident occurs requiring additional work, the customer will be informed and a new price for labor and materials will be agreed upon. Full upfront payment for additional work will be required.
• If the customer prefers to wait due to budgetary concerns, we will continue with work unaffected by the incident.

• All services are performed by trained firearms technicians with the necessary expertise.
• J and C Tactical Solutions LLC is not liable for any issues resulting from customer interference with firearms post-service.
• After service completion, any follow-up work must be performed by a qualified professional.

• Service schedules may vary, and work is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will provide an estimated drop-off and pick-up time. However, we reserve the right to alter schedules as needed.
• Expedited services are available at an additional cost but do not guarantee a specific completion date.

• All concerns regarding workmanship, labor, payments, or scheduling must be promptly communicated to us via email at customerservice@jandcts.com.
• We may request that communication occurs during business hours, and phone calls outside of working hours are at our discretion.

• By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein, in perpetuity. 
• J and C Tactical Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this agreement at any time, with or without a refund.
• Any alterations requested by the customer require approval from both J and C Tactical Solutions LLC management and relevant representatives.
